I graduated from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (now the British College of Osteopathic Medicine) with First Class Honours in Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. Since then I have added a Post Graduate Certificate in Western Medical Acupuncture from the University of Hertfordshire. After moving to Brighton in 1999 and working in a variety of settings including GP surgeries and multidisciplinary health clinics, I opened the Kemptown Osteopathic Clinic in 2003.

I am fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council, a member of both the Institute of Osteopathy and Association of Medical Osteopaths and an Accredited Member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society.

I am a member of faculty and clinic tutor at The London College of Osteopathic Medicine where medical Doctors train to become Osteopaths. I have taught at postgraduate seminars and colleges, mentored student osteopaths through their training and in early practice life and currently run a local professional development group. I am a qualified yoga teacher and swimming instructor.

I am committed to continuing professional development by attending courses and conferences and read widely to update my skills and general health knowledge. I have a specialist interest helping people overcome their pain problems with a holistic approach including hands on treatment, exercise prescription, education and self-empowerment.

Outside my professional life I enjoy spending time with my family, walking, gardening on our allotments, swimming, surfing, cycling and running.
