I graduated from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (now the British College of Osteopathic Medicine) with First Class Honours in Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. Since then I have added a Post Graduate Certificate in Western Medical Acupuncture from the University of Hertfordshire. After moving to Brighton in 1999 and working in a variety of settings including GP surgeries and multidisciplinary health clinics, I opened the Kemptown Osteopathic Clinic in 2003.
I am fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council, a member of both the Institute of Osteopathy and Association of Medical Osteopaths and an Accredited Member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
I am a member of faculty and clinic tutor at The London College of Osteopathic Medicine where we train medical Doctors to become Osteopaths. I teach locally at postgraduate seminars and help organise the Central Sussex Osteopaths professional group. I am a qualified yoga teacher and swimming instructor.
I am committed to continuing professional development by attending courses and reading to update my skills and health knowledge. I have a specialist interest in pain neuroscience and it’s use in patient education and empowerment.
Outside my professional life I enjoy walking, gardening on our allotments, swimming, surfing and family life with my wife and two sons.
